Building Careers. Building Communities.

Government-funded healthcare workforce training delivered through Uplift Communities. 60+ students. Preparing underserved communities for high-demand careers.

Economic Infrastructure, Not Just Job Training

Delivered through Uplift Communities, IHA's workforce development programs prepare individuals in underserved communities for careers in high-demand industries — starting with healthcare. Our current flagship program, funded by the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development, serves 60+ students with comprehensive training that includes clinical skills, professional development, and career placement support.

This is not job training. It is economic infrastructure — building the capacity for self-sustaining prosperity in communities that have been systematically excluded from opportunity.
